ABSCS – Member 7
It is with sadness to learn of Kevin passing away 9th August 2015, after his battle with cancer.
Kevin, ( KD ) was a founding member and instrumental in the formation of this club in 1999 contributing in a big way to its success over the years.
Establishing a connection with the Harlequin Inn in 2001 as a venue and subsequent HQ of the club to this day, along with the innovation and long hours in administration establishing our first website opening contact with other offshore All Black Supporters Clubs particularly South Africa ,and around the world which bought the club to a global stage .
Our heartfelt condolences to the Dittmer Family & Friends.

Welcome to 2014 to All Blacks Supporters Club Sydney members and guests.
What a fantastic year 2013 was for NZ rugby. Great to see the Chiefs go back to back in winning the Super Rugby Title, even more awesome to see the Mighty All Blacks do the unthinkable and complete an entire year without a loss, it was a tough road with one of the greatest games of all time played in South Africa and the Irish almost stopping the All Blacks in our last game of the season. For me watching the Irish test it was a big ‘NO not again, last year the Poms got us, surely the Irish cannot’, an admirable performance from the Irish- and anyone watching that game surely had to have their head in their hands for bulk of it, only to be repaid for staying up late (with work that day) to see our men be triumphant- these truly are world class All Blacks. The depth of NZ rugby continues to impress and be the envy of every other playing nation, the Mana of the Black jersey still so prevalent- remember all of our lads could go overseas and make a fortune but they choose our team, which I reckon is choice.
Really looking forward to 2014, hoping that a kiwi franchise can again be the Super Rugby Champions (if they Chiefs do it they equal Crusaders record for consecutive titles), and already can’t wait for the international season- hoping our boys can once again dominate the world stage as they prepare to defend our world cup title in 2015- much media will say we are peaking too early, I say we are just getting started. Looking forward to seeing you all at both Super Rugby and All Blacks matches, until then all the best and may 2014 be awesome for you.
